COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mydata Automation L-19-049-5C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nippon-Bearing products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Electrical-Carbon-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nadella product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nippon-Bearing such as the SMK30GWUU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B7961SCB3 manufactured by National-Electrical-Carbon-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Electrical-Carbon-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FRNR32E1 by Manufacturer Nadella as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nireco Brand TM140A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nippon-Bearing such as SMSF25WUU equipment made by Nippon-Bearing have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nippon-Bearing products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nippon-Bearing" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HEF102MC made by Nemicon as well as the popular SMA original spares produced by Nippon-Bearing Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HES252MD by Nemicon and SMSF25WUU spares by Nippon-Bearing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 13106 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nook. |
